The notion of Mathematics is one of the essentials in Engineering disciplines. All kinds of Science, Engineering, Medical inventions are accepted only through the mathematical justifications (i.e., Inevitable truth from the careful reasoning). Department of Mathematics at University V.O.C college of Engineering has been started in the academic year 2009-2010 with an aim to incorporate the applied mathematical skills to the under graduate engineering students of all disciplines as per the requirement of university curriculum. The department of Mathematics strives to maintain the highly qualified and well experienced teaching staffs with unique specialization in the field of pure and applied mathematics such as areas of Graph theory, Differential Equations, Functional Analysis and Fuzzy fixed point theory.
